Full Tournament Rules
Welcome to the Robn Week 3 College Football Tournament ("the Tournament") official Rules.
These Rules govern and control the Tournament.
The Tournament is a sweepstakes whose sole administrator and sponsoring brand is Green Onions LLC, d/b/a Robn Sports ("Robn") - 8 The Green, Ste. B, Dover, DE 19901.
No purchase is necessary to enter the Tournament. A purchase of any kind will not increase a Contestant's chances of winning.
Contestants in the Tournament must agree to abide by these Rules and by Robn's Terms and its Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
An individual who submits a valid Tournament Entry Form ("Form") shall be considered to have participated in the Tournament, and be considered a Participant. An individual who submits an invalid Form, either due to their own lack of eligibility or due to Form incompletion, fraud or error, shall be considered an Attempted Participant in the Tournament.
The Tournament is open to legal U.S. residents who are at least 18 years of age and who are physically located in the U.S. at the time of Participation. Participation and Attempted Participation are void where prohibited by law.
A Participant in the Tournament is a "Contestant."
The Tournament is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial and local laws and regulations. It is the sole responsibility of a Contestant to determine whether the Tournament is legal and compliant with all regulations in the jurisdiction in which the Contestant resides.
Participation in the Tournament constitutes the Contestant's full and unconditional agreement to these Rules, the Tournament's Terms, and to the Administrator's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Tournament.
If a Contestant wins a Tournament, their claim of any prize or other item of value is contingent upon that Contestant fulfilling all requirements set out in these Rules, as well as the Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Employees of Green Onions LLC., any of its affiliates, vendors, consultants, or any other company or individual involved with the production, execution or distribution of the Tournament and their immediate family are not eligible to participate in the Tournament.
The Tournament is only open to Contestants who are recreational in the nature of their playing. If a Contestant is, in the Administrator's best judgment, determined to be professional or non-recreational, or is using systematic, fraudulent or unfair methods to obtain prizes, the Administrator reserves the right to exclude the Contestant from the Tournament.
Promotional Period, Gameplay and Tournament Schedule
The Tournament Promotional Period (the "Period") begins on Sept. 11, 2024 at 3:00pm PT and ends on Sept. 14, 2024 at 9:00am PT.
During the Period, Robn will publish a Form that the Tournament sponsor, the prizing table, the entry deadline, for the upcoming college football games, and a series of predictive markets for each game.
To complete and submit a Form, Contestants shall select one (1) predictive market for each of a series of college football games to be played on Sept. 14, 2024. Games shall be chosen at the Administrator's discretion and published with the Form.
Contestants that have successfully submitted a Form shall accumulate an amount of Tournament Points ("Points") for each correct prediction made on their Form.
The Form will be posted publicly to www.robnsports.com (the "Website"), and emailed to the Valid Email of those who have completed a VMOE, no later than the beginning of the Period. In the event that emailed Forms are not received by a Contestant, it is the Contestant's responsibility to navigate to the Website, find the Form, fill it out, and submit it if the Contestant wishes to participate.
Each predictive market on the Form will be worth a pre-set amount of Points. If Contestants make a correct prediction by selecting a prediction that is accurate, the Contestant will receive the amount of Points listed on the Form next to that predictive market. Points earned for a correct Prediction are pre-determined and do not vacillate over time or from Contestant to Contestant.
Points will accrue for each Contestant over each successful prediction they make. Points accrued will determine the Contestant's place in the standings, and subsequently, whether or not they are eligible for a Prize.
Contestants will not be penalized for, or lose Points for, incorrect predictions.
Forms must be submitted before 9:00am PT on Sept. 14, 2024, (the "Deadline"). Forms received after the Deadline shall not be accepted by the Administrator, and shall not count for purposes of Tournament competition.
Upon submission, Contestants will receive an email that summarizes their Form's picks, their submitted biographical information and their Entry Code information. If a Contestant does not accurately fill out their Entry Code, or otherwise fails to make a valid submission, the Administrator will make best reasonable efforts to alert the Contestant and give them a chance to resubmit prior to the Deadline. The Administrator does not warrant or guarantee that it can or will identify all incorrect Entry Codes and alert Contestants to such Entry Codes, in time for Contestants to rectify their submitted Forms.
The Contestant that accumulates the most Points will win the top prize ("Cash Prize"). Runners up will win secondary prizes ("Non-Cash Prizes") in the order of their prize table listed on the Form.
Contestants must submit their Form no later than the end of the Period to be eligible to participate in the Tournament.
Valid Methods of Entry
In order to participate in the Tournament and be considered a Contestant, you must complete a Valid Method of Entry ("VMOE") during the Period. A VMOE consists of either:
- Paid Entry: Complete a paid annual or monthly subscription to Robnsports.com that is active during the entirety of the Period; or
- Alternative Free Method of Entry (AMOE): Mail a 3x5 notecard to the following address: Robn - Suite 133, 850 E. Spokane Falls Blvd, Spokane, WA 99202

- the following statement: "I wish to receive a Robn Entry Code. By submitting this request I declare that I have read, understood and agree to be bound by Robn's Terms of Use, its Privacy Policy and the Tournament Rules."
Robn must receive confirmation of a VMOE submission, either digitally or physically, no later than 12 hours prior to the Deadline in order for either VMOE to be considered complete and for the Person to be awarded an Entry Code in time for the most recent upcoming Tournament. Persons who submit a VMOE but do so after the Deadline, and who do not receive an Entry Code in time to enter before the Deadline, shall receive an Entry Code for the next upcoming Tournament.
Persons who submit an AMOE will receive an Entry Code that is valid for 30 days' worth of Tournaments, for the period beginning with the day their Entry Code is awarded to them via their Valid Email, and ending 30 days afterward. Their Entry Code will expire and be no longer valid unless they complete another AMOE prior to the end of the 30-day period.
Illegible handwriting on notecards shall render the attempted AMOE invalid, and the person to which the AMOE entry notecard pertains shall not receive an Entry Code.
Pre-existing paid subscribers to the Website at the commencement of the Period shall be considered to have completed a VMOE.
Persons who complete a free subscription to the Website shall not be considered to have completed a VMOE.
The Entry Code of persons whose paid subscriptions to the Website have expired prior to the start of the Period shall be considered expired for purposes of the Tournament, and shall not be considered valid.
An annual subscription shall be considered expired when the 365-day period of the subscription has concluded and the subscriber has not renewed their subscription. A monthly subscription shall be considered expired when the 30-day period of the subscription has concluded and the subscriber has not renewed their subscription
Upon completing a VMOE, Robn shall send to the Contestant's Valid Email a confirmation that they've successfully completed VMOE, and shall list the Contestant's dedicated entry code. All Contestants shall receive and use one (1) Entry Code regardless of the number of Paid Entries or AMOE's they complete.
Each Contestant may only complete one (1) VMOE, be awarded one (1) Entry Code, and utilize their Entry Code one (1) time per Tournament. Contestants may not complete VMOE for anyone other than themselves. All Tournament participation by a Contestant must be conducted by the same individual who completed VMOE. One person may not participate as multiple Contestants, or submit multiple entries as the same Contestant, during the Tournament. Any VMOE must be completed from within the same state as the state listed in the Contestant's registered address.
If Robn finds that Contestants have been able to submit multiple entries for the same Tournament due to the error of third-party service providers, the final Entry that the Customer submits chronologically during the Period will be the Entry that counts toward that Customer’s Tournament play.
Notwithstanding the above paragraph, any Contestant found to have submitted five or more Entries for the same the Tournament regardless of third-party service provider error shall have all of their Entries voided for the Tournament in question, be banned from participating in future Tournaments and utilizing the Website.
Any Contestant found to be attempting to complete, or to have completed, multiple VMOEs, a VMOE on another individual's behalf, Tournament Participation on another individual's behalf, or Tournament Participation as more than one Contestant, shall be prohibited from Tournament Participation and have any Forms voided.
Tampering with the Form or the operation of the Tournament in nay way, including but not limited to the use of any device to automate the VMOE process or Form selection or submission, is prohibited. Any Form deemed by the Administrator, in its sole discretion, to have been submitted in this manner will be voided.
Use of any automated or other system(s) in order to acquire an Entry Code, submit a Form, falsify information submitted to Robn, or otherwise participate in the Tournament will result in prohibition from Tournament Participation and the voiding of all Forms.

The Tournament has the following Sponsoring Partner/s ("Partner" or "Partners").

It is Contestants' obligation to ensure their Entry Code is input correctly at the time of submission.
Contestants that submit their Form without a valid Entry Code may be asked to re-submit their Form with the correct code. Robn reserves the full and exclusive right to allow Contestants to resubmit their Form.
Anyone from the general public may access and view Forms throughout the duration of the Tournament.
